We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Educator to join our Early Years team, working with children aged approximately 2–5 years old. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment within a dynamic international school community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver high-quality, play-based Early Years education for children aged 2–5.
  • Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that support holistic development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical).
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Observe, assess, and track children’s progress, using evidence to inform planning and next steps.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s development and learning progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality Early Years provision.
  • Support early language, communication, numeracy, and social development through structured and play-based activities.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including events, trips, and extracurricular activities.
  • Implement safeguarding, behaviour, and pastoral care policies consistently.
  • Reflect on practice and engage in continuous professional development to improve outcomes for learners.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Recognised Early Years teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children aged 2–5 in an Early Years or nursery setting.
  • Understanding of child development and early years pedagogy, including knowledge of EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong classroom management, organisation, and planning skills with a focus on high-quality learning outcomes.
  • A passionate, child-centred approach with the ability to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.
  • A reflective and adaptable mindset, committed to continuous improvement and professional growth.
