Now Hiring: Class B Driver & Activity Assistant
Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement Required

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20 to $21 per hour

Important Requirement:

Applicants must have a valid CDL Class B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement to be considered for this position.

The Driver / Activity Assistant is responsible for safely transporting residents to outings and appointments while also supporting activities that encourage engagement, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation

• Safely operate community vehicles for outings, excursions, and appointments

• Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles

• Follow all state and federal driving laws

• Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness

• Provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation

Activities & Engagement

• Assist with daily activities, events, and resident outings

• Help create a welcoming and social environment

• Support exercise classes, games, arts, and special events

• Encourage resident participation

• Assist with event setup and breakdown

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience driving or working with seniors preferred

• Experience with activities or resident engagement is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Must pass background check and health screenings, including TB test
