We want a team player who will ensure our routes and fluid collections run smoothly.
You will be responsible for transporting materials and equipment to specific Colorado route destinations. This role is vital to our operations, involving both the collection of used fluids and the delivery of products to our valued customers.

*Write and edit a job ad, then post on various websites through our applicant tracking system, such as Zip Recruiter, LiveCareer, Monster, etc.
*Up to $150 of additional job board posting fees, such as sponsorship on Indeed or Zip Recruiter
*Create a customizable job application for each position Resume and application review of all candidates
*Coordinate and review 2 assessment tests (cognitive and personality) with the top applicants
*Conduct 30-minute phone interviews with the top applicants
*Schedule and coordinate 3 – 5 face-to-face (or virtual) interviews with the top candidates on your behalf
*Offer interview tips & suggested questions, if needed
*Review top candidates to assist in your hiring decision, if requested
