DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn how to safely and efficiently transport Petroleum Products to Country Visions owned sites, Convenience stores, and customer locations.
- Operate ELD and keep recording current and within DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip inspection on equipment in alignment within Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Check tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer for general operating requirements and make sure that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition. Note inspection and deficiencies on the pre-trip and post trip digital app.
- Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state and local laws. Follow company and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
- Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
- Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Follow, maintain and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
- Options to start from De Pere, Wrightstown, Brillion, Whitelaw or Mishicot Country Visions locations.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must possess:
- A valid CDL
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- TWIC Required
SKILLS
- Accuracy, confidence, dependability, and good communication are all beneficial skills for this position
- Maintenance experience is preferred but not required
