Compensation: $30.04/hour

Sign-on Bonus: $4,000

Schedule:

Sunday -OFF

Monday Start at 3:45am - Finish

Tuesday Start at 3:45am - Finish

Wednesday -OFF

Thursday Start at 3:45am - Finish

Friday Start at 3:45am - Finish

Saturday - OFF

  • Make deliveries to all customers accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner
  • Distribute invoices and collect remittances in accordance with terms assigned by the Company
  • Keep route books up to date such that directions and billings are accurate
  • Keep truck neat, clean, and fueled, check oil, refrigeration unit, radiator, and battery daily
  • May be required to stage and hook own pup depending on Company needs
  • Check oil, refrigeration unit, radiator, and battery every day
  • Maintain a good driving record
  • Collect empty cases daily
  • Turn in all payments daily
  • Put forth a positive image of the Company through attitude, appearance, and performance
  • Wear uniform Company always provides while on duty
  • Perform related duties as required
  • Maintain Product Inventory Control and order product as needed.
  • Provide courteous, efficient service

Qualifications

  • Simple mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Company policies, standards, and specifications
  • Safety policies, procedures, and requirements for equipment operation
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Accurately rotate product
  • Safely drive route delivery vehicles
  • Understand and carry out instructions
  • Assess and resolve problems with loading, replacing leakers, etc.
  • Work well with peers and supervisors
  • Maintain excellent attendance
  • Valid Montana CDL Driver’s License (Class A or Class B)
  • Minimum one-year driving and delivery experience.
  • Must routinely lift to 70 pounds
  • Hours of work must conform to the individual route and end when all customers have been properly served
