Job Description

We are seeking a safety-conscious Class A CDLDriver to join our team atLeMay PCRin Frederickson, WA.

PAY AND SCHEDULE:

  • Competitive Wages range from $35.00 to $35.50/HR to start.
  • This position follows a four‑day, 4x10 schedule, working either Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday–Saturday or Tuesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday, with start times between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive a tractor-trailer with a dedicated local route. Manual transmission is utilized in tractor/trailer equipment.
  • Possibility for training on Roll Off.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, includingchecking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
  • Ability to perform a physically demanding job, lifting to 50lbs regularly
  • Courteousinteraction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

  • Climbing in and out of the cab up to 40+ times/day.
  • The work environment involves exposure to physical risks, such as moving mechanical parts, which requires following basic safety precautions
  • The employee is exposed to outside weather, including frequent wet and humid conditions, fumes, and vibration. The noise level is usually moderate.
  • Will be working in all weather conditions

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • High School Diplomaor GED
  • Ability to learn and use interpersonal skills relating to quality customer service
  • As verified by a current MVR/driver abstract, all qualifications as defined under DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51 must be met.
  • We require at least three years of Class A commercial drivingexperience, preferably with expertise operating 53' trailers.
  • Clean safety and driving record
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to deal with the physicality of the job with no issues.
  • Basic knowledge of truck components to complete pre-and post-trip inspections.
