We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Class A CDL Garbage Truck Driver to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License and a proven track record of safe and efficient driving. As a Class A Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our waste management operations, ensuring the timely and responsible collection of residential and commercial waste.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a Class A CDL-equipped garbage truck in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's mechanical fitness.
3. Safely navigate assigned routes, adhering to established schedules for garbage collection.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
5. Interact professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
6. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and waste collected.
7. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.
8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with air brake endorsement.
2. Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Class A CDL truck driver, preferably in waste management or a related field.
3. Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations.
4. Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
5. Ability to operate and maneuver a garbage truck in various weather conditions.

7. Physical ability to lift and move heavy waste containers.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
