Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $30.00 – $35.50 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday with a start time between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission)

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation

• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards

• Provide professional and courteous customer service

• Complete routes and assignments in a safe and timely manner

• Handle physically active duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

• Climb in and out of the truck cab throughout the day (40+ times)

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold

• Exposure to moving equipment, vibration, noise, dust, and other environmental elements

• Perform frequent, physically demanding tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs regularly

• Tarp and secure loads, requiring climbing onto trailers and handling heavy materials

• Repeatedly climb in and out of the truck cab and onto equipment (40+ times per day)

• Walk, stand, bend, twist, and reach throughout the entire shift

• Maintain constant awareness of surroundings in an active, high-traffic work environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• 3+ years of commercial driving experience (53’ trailer experience preferred)

• Clean driving record in accordance with DOT 49 CFR 383.51

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role

• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform inspections

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Solid communication and customer service skills
