Qualifications
Join the Pratt Industries logistics team. We’re looking for professional drivers dedicated to
safety and efficiency to support our regional operations.
Location: (Salinas, Watsonville, Oxnard, Oceanside)
Pay Scale: In accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is:
$26.00– $Max per hour.
Note: Final pay rate is determined by internal equity and the structured scale approved by our
leadership team.
