We are hiring a Class 8 Diesel Truck Mechanic- Grave Shift- Chemical Manufacturing for our Salt Lake City, plant. $30-$36 an hour
Duties include but are not limited to:
P.M. inspections
Monthly trailer inspections
Minor to medium repairs on tractors and trailers
Tracking and ordering parts
Inventory / Detail oriented
Basic computer duties
Be available for call outs
Tire replacement
Brake replacement
troubleshoot & repair wiring issues
Basic fleet maintenance
Required Qualifications
Two + years of maintenance experience.
Working knowledge of liquid bulk tankers (Internal & External Valves, etc.)
Tanker experience is a plus, but not necessary.
A CDL with TX Endorsements is preferred, but not necessary.
Must be able to Speak, Read & Write English proficiently
Basic computer skills
The ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
The ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and physical.
