  • Load, secure, and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and product care

  • Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and Transport Canada regulations

  • Maintain accurate trip records, logs, mileage, and required documentation

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers

  • Report vehicle defects, accidents, or delays promptly to management

  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups

  • Perform minor roadside repairs and troubleshooting when needed

  • 5–6 days per week, 40+ hours per week (seasonal variation may apply)

  • Exposure to all weather conditions

What You Bring

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (abstract less than 3 years old)

  • 2–5 years of commercial driving experience

  • Strong knowledge of road safety, traffic laws, and Transport Canada regulations

  • Ability to operate manual transmissions and navigate both highways and secondary routes

  • Physically capable of lifting, securing, and handling freight (regular lifting up to 50 lbs)

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

  • Basic knowledge of truck maintenance and minor roadside repairs

  • Comfort working independently and managing your time effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience transporting plants or perishable goods

  • Experience in greenhouse, nursery, or agricultural logistics

  • Familiarity with delivery route optimization software

What We Offer

  • Competitive wages that reflect your experience and the work you bring

  • Bonus and incentive programs based on safety, reliability, and performance

  • Flexible benefits for full-time staff — choose the coverage that works for you

  • RRSP matching to help you build toward your future

  • Belong to one of Western Canada's largest greenhouses – join a high-performing team in a fast-moving environment

  • A workplace that's a little greener than most — literally
