As a Roll off driver, you will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up large waste containers from residential, commercial, and construction sites, ensuring proper placement and secure transport of materials to landfills, transfer stations, or recycling facilities. The role involves following scheduled routes while adapting to changing conditions, performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate logs of services, mileage, and disposal records. Drivers must comply with all safety regulations, including Transport Canada and local laws, and ensure loads are properly secured to prevent spills or hazards. They also communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, provide professional customer service, and promptly report any mechanical issues, delays, or safety concerns, while keeping their vehicle clean and well-maintained.

What We Need From our Drivers:

  • Class 3 driver’s license with Air endorsement (Newly licensed drivers welcome to apply).
  • Minimum 3-year experience preferred.
  • Clean Drivers Abstract.
