What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the driving force behind our night-time logistics, ensuring our stock flows smoothly from A to B. Your shift will involve:

• Hitting the road safely: Operating our Class 1 lorries through the night, keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do.
• Securing the goods: Leading on flatbed operations, ensuring loads are safely strapped, secure, and ready to roll.
• Pre-route checks: Conducting swift, thorough pre-journey vehicle inspections to keep your rig roadworthy and reliable.
• Smart routing: Navigating your way efficiently around Kirkby and beyond to ensure timely, hassle-free drops.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who knows the ropes, takes pride in their vehicle, and doesn't crack under pressure.

• The Right Licence: A valid Class 1 commercial driving licence is essential.
• Flatbed Expertise: Proven experience securing loads and managing flatbed transport safely.
• Night Owl DNA: You’re comfortable, focused, and experienced when it comes to working night hours.
• Local Knowledge: Knowing the shortcuts and routes around Kirkby and the surrounding areas is a major plus.
• Reliability: You’re organised, possess great attention to detail, and always bring a professional attitude to the job.
