GC Greece is looking to employ an energetic and motivated professional to join our team and support our Claims and Treaty Technical Accounting function based in Athens office.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the insurance and reinsurance markets, with particular focus on claims handling and treaty accounting processes. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to interpret and manage complex data accurately.

We will count on you to: ​

• Entry of contractual information into system for premium invoicing.

• Review technical statements of accounts & claims advices from clients, process statements and billings according to departmental procedures.

• Attend to queries from clients, reinsurers, and related parties

• Assist in the resolution of technical accounting and claims issues

• Ensure timely responses to monthly Regional and Local Controllerships' revenue review queries and requests

• Ensure procedures and documentation are in compliance with Guy Carpenter Professional Standards

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What you need to have

• Prior experience in processing treaty technical accounts / claims in a reinsurance broking environment

• Prior experience in the reinsurance industry, with specific experience of treaty reinsurance highly desirable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent Microsoft Office suite skills
