This is a 12-month contract role supporting our General Insurance (GI) Claims team, where you’ll play an important part in helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers. Sitting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, this role focuses on strengthening claims processes, supporting delivery, and contributing to how we continue to modernise and improve the claims experience.

You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders across claims and the broader business, helping to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver meaningful improvements. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to make a genuine impact during a key period of transformation.

You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Deliver high quality outcomes that support GI Claims priorities and customer experience
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across Claims and partner teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes
  • Support initiatives and projects aligned to Zurich’s digital transformation
  • Analyse information and insights to inform decision making and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and internal standards

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

  • Experience working within General Insurance, ideally in a Claims environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence
  • Experience supporting projects, change initiatives, or process improvements
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in a fast paced environment
