
Claim Clerk - Workers' Compensation Support - In Office Location Okemos, MI (Onsite) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm EST Salary Range: $40,000 – $45,000 annually - paid hourly (37.5 hours per week) Please Note: This is a fully onsite position located in our Okemos, Michigan office. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. The Claim Clerk provides essential administrative and claims support to a remote team of Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation adjusters. This role is responsible for helping ensure claims are processed efficiently, documentation is maintained accurately, and critical administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting a team, managing details, and learning the claims industry. The successful candidate will assist with claim assignments, state forms, medical bill follow-up, document management, and general office support while serving as a valuable resource to the claims team.
