JOB SUMMARY:
The Claims Support Assistant is responsible for retrieving, saving, organizing, and maintaining surveillance videos and related claim documentation. Performs accurate data entry into the claims management system, ensuring information is complete, timely, and properly categorized. Assists with document management, file maintenance, and administrative support activities to facilitate efficient claims handling. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and adheres to company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior administrative, claims, or records management experience preferred.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Arrive to work on time, consistently
• Upon entering the property, arrive in business attire in crisp, clean and in good repair.
• Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval
• Attend all required training, office and departmental meetings
• Retrieve and save surveillance videos and related claim materials.
• Upload, organize, and maintain electronic claim files.
• Enter claim information accurately into the claims management system.
• Verify data for completeness and accuracy of insurance program policies.
• Assist claims staff with administrative and documentation requests.
• Perform any additional tasks requested or assigned by the Risk Manager.

Evaluated on quality and quantity of work performed, attendance and punctuality records, reliability, as well as compliance with all GATE policies, including dress and grooming code, and where applicable, safety, sanitation, and security procedures and guidelines.
