Job Description

The role provides critical technical and service support to the Financial Lines Claims team principally handling high profile, technical and complex claims. The role will also assist in ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines, technical excellence in the management of the portfolio, guidance for team members and additionally will be a key element in our ability to deliver market leading claims service.

What you will do

• Handle high-profile, technical and complex Financial Lines claims from first report through to final disposition.
• Investigate claims, assess coverage, set accurate reserves, and maintain clear, timely file documentation.
• Manage litigation activity, external vendors, and key stakeholders including brokers, insureds, counsel, and internal teams.
• Support strong claims outcomes by applying sound judgment, compliance requirements, and market-leading service standards.

What you will bring

• Experience in complex claims handling, ideally within Financial Lines, Cyber, Tech E&O, or Life Sciences.
• Solid technical judgement with the ability to analyse coverage, liability, loss, and claim strategy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties.
• An understanding of relevant regulatory and privacy requirements, with a disciplined approach to file management and service delivery.
