What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Service Representative

As a Claims Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on attention to detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. You'll play a key role in supporting both our Claims operation and day-to-day office activities, helping to create a seamless experience for customers, visitors, and colleagues alike.

As one of the first points of contact for incoming inquiries, you'll provide professional and responsive service while receiving and setting up new claims, maintaining accurate claim information, and supporting Claims Adjusters with a variety of technical and administrative tasks. From managing correspondence and processing transactions to maintaining files and supporting office operations, you'll help ensure work flows efficiently across the department.

Whether you're assisting customers over the phone, welcoming visitors at the front desk, or supporting claims processes behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

• Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions
• Ability to troubleshot and find the best solutions
• Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
• Providing a great customer experience

And you have:

• Post-Secondary Education
• Working towards the CIP designation an asset
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-line customer service position or call center environment
• Experience working with and on various systems at any given time
• Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
