Claims Representative

Location: Coon Rapids, MN

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $18/hour

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Representative to join a growing team in Coon Rapids. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with computers, researching information, and following established processes. You'll spend most of your day reviewing records, researching probate filings, and ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced role with a consistent workload and little downtime, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Research and review information to determine whether probate has been filed in court.
• Utilize web-based tools and online resources to gather and verify information.
• Process and document findings accurately while adhering to company guidelines.
• Use phone communication as needed to obtain or confirm information.
• Maintain organized records and complete a high volume of work with strong attention to detail.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with additional administrative or office projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and comfort navigating online resources.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Administrative, clerical, or office experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong work ethic with an interest in long-term career growth.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $37440.00/yr.
