The Opportunity

As our Claims Performance & Insights Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how performance is understood, measured and improved across our Core Claims portfolio.

Partnering closely with the Head of Claims Enablement, you will design and embed performance frameworks, deliver high-quality reporting and insights, and influence decision-making through clear, data-driven narratives.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and embed performance frameworks, KPIs and metrics across Core Claims
  • Develop and deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Analyse performance trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear, actionable insights
  • Support the management tracking including tracking BAU expenditure, initiatives, milestones and benefits realisation
  • Partner with stakeholders across Claims, Finance, People and Risk to deliver consistent, high-quality reporting and insights
  • Drive improvements in data quality, reporting efficiency and analytical capability

About You

You’re a commercially minded analytics professional who thrives on making sense of complex data, using insights to support transformation and help the business make better decisions.

You’ll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in data and performance analytics including sound knowledge of data manipulation and visualisation, data modelling and insight analysis
  • Experience in KPI and performance metric design, benchmarking and cascade throughout various levels of an organisation
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, forecasting/predictive analytics
  • Experience developing, reporting and presenting performance and outcomes at the Executive level, including strategic insights and advice on areas requiring action.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships and collaborating to drive business outcomes
  • Knowledge of financial services or insurance industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Data science, statistics or similar discipline mandatory.
  • BI tooling (e.g., Power BI), cloud (AWS/Azure), analytics platforms (e.g., SAS), desirable.
  • Data Management - modeling and design, performance management or KPI certifications highly regarded.
