WorkCover Queensland is entering an exciting new chapter, guided by a renewed strategic focus and strong executive leadership shaping our 2030 Strategy. As part of this transformation, we're building a fresh, modern Capability function and introducing newly created roles that will redefine contemporary learning, coaching, and capability uplift across our Claims division.
We’re seeking an organised, proactive team player who thrives in a fast paced environment where no two days look the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong business acumen, gain exposure across the entire Claims division, and play a key role in supporting our recruitment, onboarding, and learning activities.
Reporting to the Claims Capability Design Lead, you’ll be at the centre of our operations coordinating people, information, schedules, and events, helping us create a seamless experience for new starters and existing team members. If you’re adaptable, curious, and excited by variety, this role offers a meaningful way to contribute to our transformation while developing valuable skills for your future career.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone with a mature mindset, strong attention to detail, and a natural ability to stay organised even when juggling competing priorities. You enjoy supporting others, building relationships, and keeping things moving behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. Most importantly, you bring energy, professionalism, and a willingness to learn — the kind of person who can confidently coordinate activities across the division and contribute to a positive, solutions‑focused team culture.
