Job Description

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Perform front office and back office activities (inbound and outbound calls);
• Claims Management (opening claims, analyzing information, follow up with all stakeholders for additional information-clarification up to task completion);
• Conduct examination and assessment of claims (online platform available for checking policy details);
• Communicate compensation decisions to clients;
• Payment Processing as per guidelines;
• Keep constant contact with HQ;
• Claims data maintenance in specific insurance IT Systems;
• Reporting activities, data controlling and reconciliations;
• Ensuring the other directives such as compliance, antitrust law, economics sanctions or anti-fraud

Key Requirements :

• Advanced Arabic level -minimum C1
• Advanced English level -minimum B2
• Experience in Service Industry - Insurance is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Claims data maintenance in specific insurance IT Systems;
• Ability to work with administrative and digital systems.
• Customer centricity
• Attention to details
• Proven track record of working and achieving targets
• Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of information
• Proactive attitude, team spirit
• Good MS Office skills
