Claims Officer – Financial Lines

Location: Sydney (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Your Role

You’ll take ownership of complex Liability, PI, and Management Liability claims—interpreting policy wordings, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with ASIC RG 271, AFCA, and industry codes. You’ll work closely with insurers, legal counsel, and clients to deliver fair, timely outcomes that uphold our reputation for excellence.

What You Bring

5-10 years’ experience in Cyber, IT- Liability/Financial lines claims

Strong legal and analytical skills; ability to interpret legislation and policy

Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management

Law degree (or equivalent experience) REQUIRED

Professional, detail-oriented, and resilient
