  Verbal Jiu-Jitsu:
  When an adjuster denies a valid line item, you don’t hang up. You use the data provided by our Estimators to explain

  they are wrong and
  why
  they need to pay.

  Climb the Ladder:
  If a Desk Adjuster stalls, you don't wait. You escalate the file to their Supervisor or the Insurance Agent to get movement.
• 
  Close the Loop:
  You manage the file until the final check is cut and the project is fully funded.
