หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
• รับและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการเคลมประกันรถยนต์จากลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล หรือแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์
• ประเมินข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของการเคลมให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
• มอบหมายและส่งต่อเคลมไปยังเจ้าหน้าที่ประเมินความเสียหาย อู่ซ่อมรถ หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนามที่เหมาะสมตามพื้นที่ ประเภทเคลม และปริมาณงาน
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้า อู่ซ่อมรถ และทีมงานภายใน เพื่อให้กระบวนการเคลมเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ติดตามสถานะการเคลมและแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้ลูกค้าและผู้เกี่ยวข้องทราบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• บันทึกข้อมูลการจัดการและการติดต่อสื่อสารทั้งหมดลงในระบบจัดการเคลมอย่างถูกต้อง
• ส่งต่อกรณีที่ซับซ้อนหรือเร่งด่วนให้กับหัวหน้างานหรือทีมงานเฉพาะทางตามความเหมาะสม
• ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท ข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย และข้อตกลงการให้บริการ
ทักษะและคุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หากมีความรู้ด้านประกันภัยหรือบริการลูกค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเคลมหรือบริการลูกค้าจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการจัดการและทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
