YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring alignment with company guidelines
• You collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts to build comprehensive case files
• You provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English and French
• You make informed decisions independently, contributing to a seamless claims management process.
• You handle a variety of cases, keeping your work dynamic and engaging.
• You uphold and enhance quality standards while navigating complex scenarios.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience in claims management or customer service, with a genuine passion for client interaction
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Skills in organization and time management, thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail paired with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Languages outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
