The Claims Correspondence Analyst will serve as a first point of contact for inquiries related to claims. This role is responsible for handling Explanation of Reimbursement (EOR) requests, claim status inquiries, general claim-related questions, and prescreening information received for initial claim file setups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
