
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Abilities, Wellness & Ergonomics, the Claims Coordinator is responsible for supporting Burlington Plant with the execution and day to day monitoring of Sofina’s WSIB claims, non work related leaves, and disability management policies and programs. Primarily will provide administrative support for the purpose of occupational and non-occupational claims management to the site. This includes accountability for the claim management and tracking of occupational and non-occupational claims, identifying and resolving barriers to SAW/RTW of injured or ill employees, initiating, assisting and monitoring accommodation and return to work plans.
