As an Operations Specialist – Global Claims, you will play a critical role in supporting GP Harmon’s global recycling operations by managing and resolving claims efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to ensure timely resolution of operational claims while delivering a high-quality customer experience. The position supports US operations and operates in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
You will be part of GP Harmon’s Global Claims and Operations team, supporting one of the world’s largest recycled fiber trading businesses. Our team works closely with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Suppliers, Customers, and Global Offices to ensure seamless claim resolution and operational excellence.
