Responsibilities:
• Enter and process reimbursement account claims with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Review and substantiate claims documentation to ensure compliance with plan guidelines and IRS regulations
• Analyze claim submissions and determine appropriate outcomes based on established procedures
• Respond to claim-related inquiries through an internal ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve tickets related to claims processing, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Identify and escalate complex or high-risk claims issues to leadership as needed
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in quality assurance activities
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards for claims processing and ticket resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, claims processing, benefits administration, insurance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret documentation and guidelines • Experience working with ticketing systems or case management tools preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written communication skills (role is not client-facing but requires clear internal communication)
• Ability to work independently in a structured, process-driven environment
