- - - JOB DUTIES:

- - - - Facilitate, enter, and ensure resolution of all customer and vendor claims within specified vendor time frames
- - - - Effectively communicate the status of claims internally with Customer Service Representatives, Sales Representatives, and the Business Operations team, as well as externally with customers and vendors
- - - - Ensure that all information and documentation needed for a claim is received
- - - - Ability to handle seasonal volume peaks in a timely manner
- - - - Commitment to providing the best service and support to our trading partners
- - - - Performs other accounting duties as assigned during off season
- - - - All other duties as assigned

- - - QUALIFICATIONS and education requirements:

- - - - Associate's degree in a finance related field preferred or relevant experience required
- - - - Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and accounting principles
- - - - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving
- - - - 2-3+ years of experience in a high transactional volume environment
- - - - Strong verbal and written communication skills
- - - - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- - - - Ability to work well in a team and cross-functionally in a business environment with seasonal peaks
- - - - Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
- - - - Data entry experience
