The Claims Assistant supports the administration and resolution of cargo and commercial motor vehicle accident claims. This role is responsible for claim intake, documentation, investigation support, file management, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and insurance requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation environment.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $28.00 – $29.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
