Claims and Administration Manager

Role Type: Interim - 6-month contract

Our client has been expanding rapidly, and we're supporting them in hiring a Claims and Administration Manager to oversee claims processes and administrative functions for projects across the continent, with a strong focus on Iberia.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing insurance claims end-to-end, including liaising with brokers and insurers
• Coordinating contract administration and maintaining documentation for energy projects
• Supporting with invoice follow-ups and other general administrative duties
• Collaborating with colleagues across Europe to ensure seamless handling of operational tasks
• Providing insights and recommendations to improve claims processes and risk management
• Travelling occasionally within Europe as required

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Solid experience in insurance and claims management, ideally within an international or multi-site environment
• Strong understanding of how insurance processes work, including broker interaction
• Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to administration
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growing business
• Available for a 6-month contract, with potential for extension
