Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support in the department, and act as a liaison between Claim and Support Team to ensure that administrative tasks are delivered and completed within the benchmarks and compliance requirement set by the company
• Providing guidance and training to contract/ part-time staffs of supporting team
• Assist in e-Claim Audit and Monthly Quality Assurance
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager

Requirements

• HKDSE or above
• At least 2 year experience in administration
• Responsible, well organized and attention to details
