About The Role:
As a Claims Advisor, you will facilitate the rehabilitation and return to work of customers with physical, mental and psychological trauma based injuries sustained at work. You will build influential relationships with a range of stakeholders including allied health providers, employers and injured workers to achieve positive, early return to work outcomes.
Please note: For the first three months in this role, you’ll be required to attend the Brisbane CBD office for on-site training. This will be Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30 pm.
After successfully completing your probation/training period, our “5 in 10" (50% in office, per fortnight) work-from-home policy will apply.
