About the Global Service Solutions (GSS) Team:

We are North America Corporate Risk & Broking Operations based in Mumbai and comprised of approximately 600 colleagues. We service large & complex clients, the middle market and select clients spanning divisions such as Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure, Aerospace, Marine, Financial Institutions & Professional Services, Public Sector & Education, Tech Telecom, Transportation & Logistics, Mergers and Acquisitions, Health Care & Life Sciences, Natural Resources, Construction and Retail & Distribution.

About the Role:

To support and assist an international Insurance service team with tasks involving revenue allocations, service support and coordinating with an international network of brokers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process agency bills including endorsements, audits, cancellations, extensions, new accounts, renewals, reports and fees
  • Generate and send invoices to customers via Mail/E-mail
  • Handle undelivered invoice exceptions in a timely manner
  • Follow Standard Operating procedures, Client/Carrier specifications, and adhere to all statutory requirements
  • Liaise with Client Managers and Client Support Service Teams for agency bill issues and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide timely and effective responses to all queries, requests, corrections, etc. received from field offices / Service centers in centralized agency mailboxes
  • Develop a sound understanding of the billing process along with the related upstream and downstream processes
  • Maintain quality and turnaround standards
