Purpose of the role: To contribute to the overall delivery of client KPIs , by providindata reports and presentations showing trends on the Claims and Recoveries performed by the Global Claims team. The role is also responsible for the collation of relevant documentation and accurate entry of data in the systems, and billing process for P&I and Performing lines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The role involves the management of administrative tasks ensuring that both client and internal quality measures are being achieved in line with processes and KPIs.

This includes (but not limited to):

• Administration of master data, claims mailboxes, reporting creation and trends.
• Locating and uploading documentation into claims systems and G drive.
• Checking claim inbox, mailbox and assign new customers to the claims team.
• Validating data is completed and run reports, create trends and Power Point presentations for internal customers and upper management.
• Billing for P&I and performing lines
• Any Special projects that may arise as per Global Claims manager request.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• University Student
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Languages Advanced English.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Analytic & Problem Solving.
• Personable and approachable with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence and ability to deal with people across all areas of the business.
• Excellent personal organization, administration, numeracy, and literacy skills.
• Experience in working to timescales.
• Awareness and recognition of own learning needs and commitment to improvement for own development.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team, use own initiative and be proactive. Automation knowledge is a Plus.
• Ability to demonstrate evidence of strong administration experience.
