
Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner – NJ & PA (Remote)
We're partnering with a well-established national third-party administrator seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner to handle New Jersey and Pennsylvania lost time/indemnity claims. This is a fully remote opportunity with a stable organization known for its strong training, advancement opportunities, and national client portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage a caseload of New Jersey and Pennsylvania lost time/indemnity workers' compensation claims.
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims from inception through closure.
Work closely with injured workers, employers, attorneys, medical providers, and defense counsel.
Develop claim strategies, establish reserves, authorize benefits, and ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service while driving timely and appropriate claim outcomes.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience.
Strong experience handling NJ and PA jurisdictions (DE experience is a plus).
Lost time/indemnity claims background.
Current adjuster licensing as required.
Excellent investigation, negotiation, organization, and communication skills.
