The Claim Support Supervisor supervises Claim Operations Support Staff and assists other Claim Support Supervisors.
This position will be located in Omaha, NE.
What will you do?
Assist in the interviewing, selection and hiring of Claim Support Staff.
Evaluate job performance, completing performance reviews and recommending to Claim Support Manager personnel actions such as transfers, promotions, disciplinary measures, discharge, salary adjustments, and staffing levels.
Train and cross-train Claim Support Staff in essential duties and responsibilities, use of Company technology, Claim Operations workflows and procedures.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
One or more years related work experience
Good understanding of basic math
Experience using computer related software
Claim Operations policies and procedures
Basic insurance terms and coverages
