The Claims Specialist – Workers Compensation will work closely with trusted TPA partners and internal stakeholders, managing the full lifecycle of Workers Compensation claims. From reinsurance reporting and claim evaluations to oversight and audits, your insight and leadership will help ensure we’re delivering excellence at every stage.Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and problem-solve will make a real impact in this highly visible role. ExperienceTo succeed as a Claims Specialist – Workers Compensation, you should bring 3–5 years of experience in Workers Compensation claims handling. While this isn’t a front-line adjusting role, that background will allow you to manage claims processes effectively and ensure they align with both internal standards and external regulations.A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
