
The CLA Ignite Internship Program is a summer experience designed to introduce rising college juniors to professional services. Interns will explore multiple service lines—including Tax, Audit, Wealth Advisory, Outsourcing and Consulting while collaborating on strategic projects and building professional skills. This program offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to CLA’s dynamic culture, providing a pathway to future career opportunities in professional services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Rotate across multiple service lines—including Tax, Audit, Wealth Advisory, and Consulting and Outsourcing— while gaining exposure to client service through structured shadowing opportunities, expanding technical skills, and engaging in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Participate in a culminating experience that integrates insights from all rotations, featuring weekly reflections and the creation of a final project deliverable presented to CLA leadership.
Participate in training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
Contribute to community impact events.
Develop technical and teamwork skills through real-world applications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Working towards the achievement of aBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
Rising college junior (after sophomore year)
Strong interest in professional services and rotational internship experience.
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learnnew technologiesand adapt to different service lines.
Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
Available to work in-office or at a client site from June to August. Week of 4thof July off.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
