Position Highlights
The Device Technician performs device interrogations and post hospital follow up visits on patients who have cardiac devices. This includes device evaluation, assisting with reprogramming, PaceMate system data
entry and reporting, charting documentation and generating billing information. In addition the Technician monitors patients on remote monitoring and is responsible for accurate interpretation and documentation of cardiac rhythm and pacemaker rhythm strips. Responsible for clerical duties which include entering and updating information and statistics in the computer and in the PaceMate system. Orient nursing staff to the PaceMate platform.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday; Variable work hours 4 10-hour shifts
Education/Experience:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Prefer one year of patient care with strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms.

None.
