Manage the co-ordination of the Civil work packages on this hyperscale project.
• Manage a project team of 20+ including, package managers, design managers, engineers and site supervisors.
• Support your team in managing 10+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €100m.
• Oversee contractor’s design elements of the project, ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.
• Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.
• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with safety personnel (including set-up, management and close out).
• Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team.
• Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civils Engineering or similar preferred
• At least 7 years of CSA industry experience.
• Previous experience delivering projects from concept to handover.
• Experience in scheduling, programming, managing subcontractors and sequencing.
• Experience in effectively managing teams is essential.
• Data centre experience is advantageous but not necessary
• Experience in the delivery of large-scale projects is necessary
