Deploy Recruitment Group and seeking a Rail Civils Estimator for our valued client based around the area of Salisbury.

Our client, a principal contractor on the rail network, delivers high-profile and complex rail projects throughout the U.K. Their understanding of the rail environment, along with a strong collaborative work ethic with clients and tier-1 contractors, means they are able to consistently and efficiently deliver the best value and excellence.

The company turn over approximately 20m and operates both within the Rail and construction markets, with the greater portion of its business being within the rail sector. They carry out a range of work from platform build/refurbishments, lineside civils, bridge works, groundworks and building works.

The role of civils estimator will cover tenders with values ranging between £300k to £5 million. The role is based out of Salisbury, with the client able to offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week required in the office.

Previous experience working on the rail infrastructure is a must, as well as a minimum of 5 years working as an Estimator. You may also be required to get involved with occasional bid-writing as part of your role.

The salary is dependant on experience.
