Main Responsibilities

  • Interface Definition & Documentation
    • Participate in the Civil interface report, gathering E&M installation requirements and validating them with Civil Work entities.
    • Prepare interface control documents and drawings, ensuring validation by Civil Work entities.
    • Prepare and ISR (interface solution).
    • Review and manage RFI.
    • Prepare and manage civil interface minutes of meeting.
  • Coordination & Review
    • Manage detailed interface definitions relevant to Civil Work.
    • Coordinate with Civil Work contractors to implement system requirements in CW design.
    • Review Civil Work design and drawings to ensure system interface requirements are considered.
  • Modification & Clash Management
    • Follow and coordinate civil engineer modifications required by E&M field.
    • Review clash reports, evaluate impacts, and propose resolutions.
  • Discipline Integration
    • Interface with other disciplines to ensure proper coordination of system aspects.

Required Skills :

  • Technical knowledge of railway systems, available equipment and systems, especially for those involved in the installation and interfaces with the Civil Works
  • Technical knowledge of Civil Works and E&M subsystems
  • Ability to prepare and validate interface documentation
  • Coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in reviewing designs and managing clash reports
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D drawings and BIM process and software.
  • Good level in English or in the Contract language
  • A good working relationship, both with partners and clients
  • Manipulate 3D models for visualization through Navisworks, coordination and interface review purposes
