Our Requirement:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual excavation tasks and telecom network construction.
2. Familiarity with working in various surface conditions, including unmade ground, grass, sabkha, and rocky terrain.
3. Smart Awards for Safe Working in Civils, Openreach K8 Hand Rodding in the UG Network, NRWSA LA 01-03.
4. Possession of relevant technical certifications such as CD1 (Core Drilling), DB1 (Duct Blockage), and DL1 (Duct Laying)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Works Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a wide range of manual excavation and construction activities, including concrete and asphalt cutting, chamber construction, core drilling, and desilting. Knowledge of telecom network infrastructure and relevant safety certifications is essential for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform manual excavation tasks in various surface conditions including unmade ground, grass, sabkha, and rocky terrain.
• Conduct concrete and asphalt cutting with precision and accuracy, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
• Handle tile and pasco removal and reinstatement procedures efficiently and effectively.
• Clear blockages in ducts and conduits to maintain uninterrupted flow within the network.
• Execute core drilling operations according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Participate in chamber and joint box construction, including shattering and steel fixing as required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telecom network construction practices and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including SA006 Smart Awards for Safe Working in Civils, Openreach K8 Hand Rodding in the UG Network, NRWSA LA 01-03, and relevant technical certifications such as CD1 (Core Drilling), DB1 (Duct Blockage), and DL1 (Duct Laying).
