Gather, validate & provide technical information on Civil/Trackwork to the O&M Team
Advise potential area of issue with regards to
O&M from the perspective of Civil/Trackworks construction works.
Participate in the related HAZARD / HAZOP Workshops
Ensure integrity & credibility of information is provided by the Technical Teams to the O&M Team.
Coordinate with Contractor's Civil/Trackwork Technical Team to deliver expected outputs to OMC.
Participate in the development of the Asset Management system with the Contractor & the OMC.
Assist the future OMC in the preparation of Civil/Trackwork maintenance rules/guidelines and SOP. (8) Assist in the OMC Bidding and Negotiation stages as required. (9) Conduct inspections of Underground, Elevated, and Depot Civil Works during the warranty period and the first three (3)-year maintenance stage. (lO)Assist DOTr in supervising instrumentation measurement during the first three (3) year of.
