This role will allow you to grow and develop within WSP’s Bridges, Aviation and Roads team, where you’ll work alongside talented professionals on iconic projects that drive future-ready solutions benefiting both clients and communities.

What You’ll Do

Join our dynamic VIC team as a Civil Technician and contribute to a variety of exciting civil and infrastructure projects. You will:

• Prepare, manage, and issue drawings for complex engineering projects.

• Liaise with designers and project team engineers to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.

• Plan and manage own work to meet deadlines and budgets.

• Actively participate in knowledge sharing and learning opportunities including a focus on emerging technologies and Digital Engineering.

• Assist in the development of new and existing engineering software, tools and best practice procedures.

This is a hybrid role based at our Melbourne office.

About You

• Between 1-4 years of civil drafting experience, with exposure to roads, rail or civil infrastructure projects.

• Qualifications in civil drafting or engineering design.

• Proficient operator of MicroStation and preferably AutoCAD.

• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
