Job Description

Supervise/Monitor repair and CJs of day-to-day activities with a strong understanding/knowledge of the below works

• Painting
• Epoxy
• Water proofing
• Flooring (PVC, Screed, Tiles, Granite, Marble)
• Interlock
• Gypsum Works
• Coring
• Doors/Entrances (Wood, glass)
• Manage and lead the team (contractors), attend meeting with the team and contractor for coordination and any clarification to ensure compliance. Monitor appointed contractor for the required additional services to ensure completion on time and work completed as per standard.
• Coordinate, evaluate and certify contracted works, reactive and corrective works ensuring works completed is as per scope of work and complete as per standard and requirement.
• Provide support and feedback related to contractors performance and other issues concerning operation.
• Provide support in representing FM division in providing and evaluating information relevant and related to facility upgrades, improvements, and special projects.
